How do I register to livestream HREM Hawaii 2025?
You have two options to attend HREM Hawaii 2025: remotely (virtually) and in-person (on-site).

Registration (for both options) closes at 5 p.m. PST on Thursday, March 6
What does the livestreaming option include?
Included in your registration fee is access to the conference (all four days of programming) and the on-demand video recordings, available for 90 days after the conference.
Please note that only a select number of the optional workshops held on Tuesday, March 11, will be livestreamed. They include:
- Critical EKG, Dr. Amal Mattu: $80
The workshop with Dr. Mattu is purchased separately as an add-on at the time of registration.

Will remote attendees have access to video recordings of the conference sessions?
Both remote and in-person attendees will have access to video recordings of the conference sessions for 90 days after the conference ends.
Can remote attendees earn CME credit by attending the conference virtually?
You must tune in to the live conference (in person or remotely) to claim CME. All course times listed are Hawaii Standard Time (GMT-10).
Are there any specific system requirements to watch the livestream?
There are no special system requirements to watch the livestream, which will be hosted on Zoom. To ensure a seamless viewing experience, we recommend registering for a free Zoom account beforehand if you do not already have one.
Can virtual attendees interact with speakers and other participants?
Yes, virtual attendees will be able to ask questions during the sessions using the chat function.
How will I receive the livestreaming access details?
Both remote and in-person registrants will receive instructions, along with the digital syllabus (program agenda), via email a week before the conference.
Is there a discount for group registrations or educational institutions?
No, we are not offering discounts for group registrations or educational institutions at this time.

What is the refund policy if I registered to attend remotely but no longer can make the livestream?
Cancellations for virtual registration received in writing before March 6, 2025, will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $75. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date.
The last day for in-person registrants to cancel for a refund of less $75.00 is February 15, 2025. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date.
