High Risk Emergency Medicine Hawaii will return to The Kahala Hotel & Resort from March 9 - 13, 2025.

Reservations

Room reservations at The Kahala Hotel & Resort are available to guests who have registered for our conference (please register for the conference prior to making your reservation).

By staying at our host hotel, you help us meet our contractual obligations with The Kahala and keep registration fees reasonable. When you book your reservation using our conference's booking link, you will pay no daily resort fee.

Room rates

Room reservation rates at The Kahala for the duration of our conference are as follows (plus taxes and fees):

  • Scenic View: $435 per night
  • Golf Mountain View: $435 per night

Additional room types are available via our booking link. If you prefer to make your booking by phone or email, please ask for the "High Risk CME rate" when contacting The Kahala. The cutoff date for reservations is February 6, 2025.

Valet or self-parking is available to guests for $50 per day.
