High Risk Emergency Medicine Hawaii will take place at the Grand Hyatt Kauai from March 15 – 19, 2027. 

The resort is located in Poipu on the island of Kauai, known for its natural beauty, relatively dry climate, and relaxed atmosphere. Situated along the island’s southern coast, the Grand Hyatt Kauai offers a balance of scenic tranquility and convenient access to many of Kauai’s major attractions, allowing attendees to experience the breadth of the island.

In addition to providing a convenient setting for our conference, the Grand Hyatt Kauai offers a family-friendly environment for those who may wish to bring their families. The resort offers a variety of on-site events and experiences, including Hawaiian cultural programming such as kukui nut lei making, oceanfront luaus, water sports, and guided excursions. Set on 50 oceanfront acres, the Grand Hyatt Kauai also features multiple swimming pools, a lazy river, a saltwater lagoon, nearby golf courses, and the Anara Spa.

Room rates

Discounted nightly room rates for the duration of our conference are as follows:

  • Standard view: $409 per night
  • Garden view: $439 per night
  • Resort view: $469 per night
  • Partial ocean view: $499 per night
  • Ocean view: $529 per night
  • Ocean suite: $529 per night

A discounted daily resort fee of $35 per day (normally $55) will also apply, in addition to taxes and fees.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional occupant fees apply for triple ($75) and quad occupancy ($150).
